财政部22日发行280亿记账式国债

    财政部21日发布公告，将从22日起发行2007年记账式(十七期)国债，计划发行280亿元，实际发行面值金额为280亿元。

    财政部公告指出，本期国债期限5年，经投标确定的票面年利率为4.00%，今日开始发行并计息，10月25日发行结束，10月29日起，本期国债在各交易场所以现券买卖和回购的方式上市交易。

    根据公告，本期国债为固定利率附息债，利息按年支付，利息支付日为每年10月22日(节假日顺延)，2012年10月22日偿还本金并支付最后一年利息。
