中石化苏州城建发行企业债 总规模达到206亿元

    昨日，中石化和苏州城建两家公司发行的两只企业债券开始发行，总规模达206亿元。

    中石化发行的“2007年中国石化川气东送工程公司债券”规模200亿元，分为两个品种，5年期品种85亿元，票面年利率5.40%；10年期品种115亿元，票面年利率5.68%。本期债券由中国石化集团提供全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。

    苏州城建发债总额6亿元，期限10年，票面年利率为5.90%，由国开行提供全额无条件不可撤销的连带责任保证担保。
