2007年记账式(十九期)国债12日将在上证所上市

    上海证券交易所5日发出通知，根据财政部通知和上证所有关规定，2007年记账式(十九期)国债将于12月12日在上海证券交易所上市。

    本期国债将于2007年12月6日至2007年12月10日在上证所上网发行。本期国债期限3个月，贴现发行，发行价格为99.203元，本期国债起息日为2007年12月6日，2008年3月6日(节假日顺延)按面值偿还。

    本期国债采用场内挂牌和场外签订分销合同的方式分销。分销期间不进行任何形式的回购交易。

    本期国债将于2007年12月12日上市，现券上市交易的证券简称为“07国债19”，证券代码为“010719”，交易数量以手为单位(1手＝1000元面值)。

    本期国债交易方式为现券和新质押式回购，新质押式回购对应的质押券申报和转回代码为“090719”，简称为“0719质押”，现券和回购交易按股票账户(或基金账户)进行。
