吴晓灵:加快债券市场对外开放步伐

    中国人民银行副行长吴晓灵昨日在财资市场高峰会上表示，央行将会同有关部门不断完善相关管理制度，进一步推动境外机构在境内发行人民币债券的有关工作，加快债券市场对外开放步伐。

    对于备受关注的次贷危机，吴晓灵说，全世界都在经受考验，但我国央行需要做的是认真总结其经验教训，而不是停滞不前，这样才能进一步积极稳妥推动市场更好地发展。她还表示，进一步推动金融产品创新，推出信用衍生产品等工具，对于中国债券市场乃至整个金融市场尤为重要。

    吴晓灵说，央行下一阶段将积极研究如何根据中国金融市场的实际特点，发挥好信用衍生产品在丰富投资品种和提高信用风险管理水平等方面的作用，促进中国金融市场全面协调可持续发展。
