中粮和青岛前湾集装箱码头公司将发短融券

    青岛前湾集装箱码头有限责任公司日前获批发行2007年(第一期)短期融资券，交通银行股份有限公司担任此次发行的主承销商。本期发行融资券的面值为5.5亿元人民币，期限为365天。此次发行采用簿记建档、集中配售方式贴现发行，发行日期为12月20日，缴款日为12月21日。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司综合评定，2007年发行人短期信用级别为A-1，主体长期信用评级为AA＋级。

    中粮集团有限公司计划于12月20日发行今年第二期短期融资券，此次融资券发行规模为30亿元人民币，期限为364天。本期融资券按面值平价发行，采用簿记建档、利率招标方式发行，12月24日起在全国银行间市场上市流通。经联合资信评估有限责任公司综合评定，本期短期融资券的信用级别为A-1级，主体评级为AAA，评级展望为稳定。此次发行的联席主承销商为中国工商银行股份有限公司和交通银行股份有限公司。
