2008年收益率会显著下降 预计债市波动还会加大

    总体上，我们对2008年的市场谨慎乐观，市场收益率会显著低于2007年，而波动会加大。

    当前市场的静态估值水平在40倍左右，即使以2008年预期业绩计算的动态估值也在25倍左右。理性判断，我们认为这一估值水平难以实质性提高。六次加息后，市场的风险溢价水平已达较高水平。贸易顺差增速在外部经济放缓的情况下将降低，由此造成的流动性过剩问题将缓和。这些都不支持估值水平进一步提高。

    预计2008年上市公司盈利增速将维持在30%左右，显著低于2007年60%左右的增速，而其中税率下降的贡献不小。我们之所以仍对2008年市场谨慎乐观，是因为我们认为在一个GDP增速仍然有10.5%的经济体，即使市场波动可能加剧，但牛市基础仍然存在。
