三公司短期融资券发行结果公布 总量共计58亿元

    中国电子信息产业集团公司于1月21日招标发行的1年期短期融资券发行结果公布。本期短融期限为365天，共计发行13亿元，参考利率为5.9%(发行日1年期SHIBOR+126BP)，中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司给予本次短融短期信用评级为A-1，长期信用评级为AA。光大银行和兴业银行为本次发行的主承销商。

    酒泉钢铁有限责任公司于1月22日发行的25亿元1年期短融票面利率最终确定为5.9%，兴业银行为主承销商，联合资信评估有限公司给予本次短融短期信用评级为A-1,长期信用评级为AA。

    申能集团有限公司于1月16日发行的08年第一期短期融资券最终票面利率确定为4.89%。本期短融期限为271天，发行总额为20亿元，工商银行和建设银行为主承销商。中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司给予本次短融短期信用评级为A-1,长期信用评级为AAA。
