上港集团近期将发行分离债 规模不超过24.5亿

    上港集团今日披露，中国证监会已于2008年1月31日核准公司公开发行认股权和债券分离交易的可转换公司债券，相关发行事项安排将在近期公告。根据此前的发行计划，上港集团分离债规模不超过24.5亿元。
