1月国债市场反弹势头迅猛

    新年的第一个月，中债指数—国债总指数(财富指数)呈持续大幅反弹的走势，累计上涨1.98点。在股市惨淡的市况下，国债市场的反弹势头迅猛，上证国债指数率先在月末创出历史新高。

    与指数的大幅反弹相对应，1月底中债收益率曲线——中国固定利率国债收益率曲线整体明显下行，且曲线长端下移更为明显。同时，1月底10年期品种与1年期品种利差为81个基点，较上年末扩大了6个基点，近期收益率曲线的偏平化变动趋势首次开始有所改观。

    指数的上涨也带动了国债二级市场交易量的活跃。1月国债现券共成交2784.75亿元(按面值计)。其中：银行间市场2711.66亿元；上交所市场71.63亿元；深交所市场1.46亿元。本月现券换手率排名前三位的个券为：07国债(02)、07国债(16)和07国债(19)，均为即将到期的短期品种。1月国债质押式回购共成交15973.57亿元(按面值计)。其中：银行间市场13938.90亿元；上交所市场2034.67亿元。

    2008年国债发行的大幕将于2月开启。按照财政部一季度国债发行计划，2月份将有2期国债发行，均为记账式国债2期。此外，当月将有1期凭证式国债到期和7期国债付息。
