需求量仍大 国债收益率近期有望企稳

    国债收益率在节前节后变化不大，但国债的需求量仍然比较大，由于前期国债的收益率调整幅度较大，我们预期近期国债收益率将会企稳。本周1-3年期短期品种价格稳中微升，中长期国债收益率则企稳于节前水平。

    节前投放的资金在节后开始回笼，导致节后两个交易日市场的资金较为充裕，周四1天期质押式回购加权利率2.2063%，7天期的回购加权利率2.6096%。质押式回购成交总量1538.77亿，其中7天回购成交量929.56亿元，交易量并未放大。考虑到银行机构节后的放贷冲动较强，预期银行间债券市场资金将基本平稳。

    现券市场方面，节后的第二个交易日，现券交投较为清淡，市场成交共362笔，成交量1059.47亿，以短期品种为主，短债交易量占43.36%。由于市场的资金充裕，但债市仍面临着一些不确定因素，预期短期品种仍将十分活跃。

    周四，央行加大公开市场操作力度，发行900亿3年期、750亿1年期、300亿3个月期限的央票，共计1950亿，这相当于提高存款准备金率0.5个百分点，此举创下全年公开市场操作力度的新高，发行利率与前期持平。截至周四，央行本月在市场上已净回笼资金366亿，预计本月内央行仍会通过发行央票、提高准备金率等手段，对节前投放的资金进行回笼，未来的主基调预测将以数量型的紧缩政策为主。
