截至今年1月末山东企业短期融资券发行量居全国首位

    来自中国人民银行济南分行的最新数据，截至今年1月末，山东省有31家企业累计发行短期融资券469亿元，稳居全国首位。

    在当前各金融机构执行“从紧”的货币政策背景下，相对于普通商业贷款，企业发行短期融资券的最大特点是无需抵押或担保，主要取决于企业的业绩、

    信用和规范治理，从而拓宽了企业的直接融资渠道，满足了企业的流动资金需求，并帮助企业节省了大量财务成本。

    据统计，2007年，山东省共有20家企业发行短期融资券217.7亿元，同比多增63.6亿元，发行企业家数及发行融资券金额均居全国首位。

    今年1月份，山东省有5家企业发行短期融资券41.5亿元，比去年同期增加4家企业，同比多发行32.5亿元。
