海口美兰国际机场限责任公司将发行两期短融券

    海口美兰国际机场有限责任公司2月25日发行2008年第一期、第二期短期融资券，发行规模分别为4亿元、3.4亿元，期限为365天和273天。中国工商银行股份有限公司担任此次发行的主承销商。

    此次发行的融资券按面值发行，发行利率通过招标确定。2月26日缴款并起息，2月27日上市流通。经大公国际资信评估有限公司综合评定，本期融资券的信用级别为A-1级，发行人主体长期信用等级为AA-，评级展望为稳定。
