1600亿元央票3月6日公开市场发行

    中国人民银行昨日发布公告，为保持基础货币平稳增长和货币市场利率基本稳定，2008年3月6日（周四）央行将发行2008年第二十六期、第二十七期中央银行票据，合计数量1600亿元。其中第二十六期中央银行票据期限3年，为固定利率附息债券，按年付息，发行量1000亿元。本期中央银行票据向全部公开市场业务一级交易商进行利率招标。第二十七期中央银行票据期限3个月（91天），发行量600亿元，缴款日为2008年3月7日。本期中央银行票据以贴现方式发行，向全部公开市场业务一级交易商进行价格招标。

    市场人士表示，由于本周及整个3月市场到期资金量较大，央行保持较高的回笼力度仍然在预期之内。统计数字显示，本周市场共有2130亿元央票及正回购到期，比上周的1160亿元有显著增加，而本周央行累计共发行2550亿元，为年内单周次高。
