20亿广东电力发展股份有限公司债券将于10日发行

    规模为20亿元的2008年广东电力发展股份有限公司债券，3月10日将通过深圳证券交易所交易系统发售，其中向股东优先配售比例占10%，网上面向公众投资者公开发行占10%，网下面向机构投资者协议发行占80 %。

    记者6日从深交所获悉，这一债券的期限为7年，按面值平价发行；债券票面利率由发行人和主承销商根据网下向机构投资者的询价结果在预设范围内协商确定，并将于3月10日发布。

    这一债券的发行人和主承销商将根据股东认购情况和网上发行情况决定是否启动回拨机制，如股东优先配售额度和网上发行额度获全额认购，则不进行回拨；如股东优先配售部分和网上部分认购不足，则将剩余部分全部回拨至网下；不进行网下向网上回拨，不进行股东优先配售部分和网上发行部分之间的回拨。
