深圳发展银行获批发行不超过70亿元次级债

    在深交所上市的深圳发展银行近期将通过全国银行间债券市场公开发行不超过70亿元人民币的次级债券，此举现已获得中国银行业监督管理委员会和中国人民银行的批准。

    深发展有关人士13日表示，这次次级债券如全额顺利发行，可使深发展的资本充足率超过8%，其资本充足率也将达到监管标准。截至去年底，深发展的核心资本充足率和资本充足率均为5.8%左右。

    据介绍，深发展将有第二批认股权证今年6月到期，如果权证持有人充分行权，将为该行增加约19亿元的核心资本。此外，深发展向宝钢集团的非公开发行方案已经报送监管机构审批，这个方案如果获批实施，也能为该行增加约42亿元的核心资本。届时，深发展的资本充足率的提升将超过监管要求的水平，有利其长远的健康平稳发展。
