西部矿业集团有限公司拟发5亿短融

    3月17日西部矿业集团有限公司发布公告表示，公司将于2008年3月21日发行5亿元短期融资券。兴业银行为本期融资券发行的主承销商。本期短期融资券发行面值共计5亿元人民币，期限为365天，每张面值为100元。票面利率采用基准利率＋利差方式按簿记建档结果确定。本次发行无担保，经联合资信评级有限公司评定本期融资券信用级别为A-1，主体长期信用等级为AA。
