工行将发行80.11亿元信贷资产资产支持证券

    中国工商银行(601398)股份有限公司3月27日将发行总额为人民币80.11035亿元的信贷资产支持证券。

    发行机构中城信托有限责任公司昨日公告称，本期资产支持证券分为优先级资产支持证券和未评级/高收益档资产支持证券。

    其中，优先AAA级资产支持证券发行额为66.50亿元，到期日为2011年1月26日；优先A级资产支持证券发行额为9.1亿元，到期日为2012年1月26日。未评级/高收益档资产支持证券发行额为4.51035亿元。

    优先级资产支持证券票面利率为1年期定期存款利率加利差，利差根据簿记建档结果确定。未评级/高收益档资产支持证券无票面利率，从首个支付日开始至优先A档资产支持证券的本金完全清偿完毕前的每一个支付日，按不超过5%的年预期收益率支付期间收益，预期到期日为2013年1月26日。

    中信证券(600030)股份有限公司担任本次发行的主承销商，负责本期资产支持证券的发行承销工作。优先级资产支持证券采用集中配售、簿记建档方式向全国银行间债券市场成员公开发行，申购和配售办法将于2008年3月26日由主承销商公告。评级/高收益档资产支持证券将向机构投资者定向发行。
