央行《07年金融稳定报告》称提高债券融资的规模

    央行日前发布《2007年中国金融稳定报告》，首次以单独篇章介绍证券业与资本市场的发展情况。报告指出，应大力发展债券市场，并应加大证券投资基金、保险基金、社保基金及企业年金等机构投资者的发展力度，完善市场结构。

    《报告》称，目前我国股票市场投资产品单一，导致投资行为同质化，出现市场单边运行的格局。同时，我国股票市场以个人投资者为主的投资结构不合理，目前机构投资者的投资规模占比较低。

    《报告》指出，应大力发展债券市场，完善债券管理体制、市场化发行机制和发债主体的自我约束机制，进一步丰富债券品种，提高债券融资的规模；同时继续完善股票市场结构，加快股票发行管理制度的市场化进程。
