    债券种类繁多，分类方法也复杂多样，而且随着融资和投资的需要，人们又在不断创造出新的债券。下面介绍债券的几种主要分类：

    按照发行人的不同，债券可以分为政府债券、金融债券和公司债券。

    按照期限长短，债券可以分为短期债券、中期债券、长期债券。一般1年以下的债券为短期债券，1年以上10年以下的债券为中期债券，10年以上的债券则为长期债券。

    按照利息支付方式不同，债券可以分为附息债券、贴现债券和普通债券。

    按有无抵押担保可以分为信用债券和担保债券。

    按照债券上是否记名，可以分为记名债券和无记名债券。

    按照是否可转换为其他金融工具，债券可以分为可转换债券和不可转换债券。

    我国从1981年起恢复国债发行，1987年起增发国家重点建设债券、建设债券和财政债券等。1994年起发行记账式国债。
