充裕资金抢购浮息金融债 超额认购倍率高达2.2倍

    在充裕资金的推动下，银行间市场的抢券风潮从二级市场波及到了一级市场。昨日国开行发行一只以1年定期存款利率为基准的5年期浮动利率债券，获得市场积极认购，49个基点的中标利差低于市场预期，票面利率为4.63%。

    本期金融债的计划发行规模为200亿元，除去36.3亿元的基本承销量，163.7亿元的招标总量共获得395.5亿元资金认购，超额认购倍率高达2.2倍，最终的中标利差49个基点。同时在首轮招标结束之后，发行人还以数量招标方式追加发行了100亿元当期债券。

    从认购明细来看，国泰君安证券以29.4亿元的认购额成为本期债券发行的标王，农行和建行分别中标23.8亿元和22.8亿元。
