央行副行长苏宁:发挥国债在流动性管理中的作用

    日前，2008年中国人民银行国库工作会议召开。央行副行长苏宁指出，下一阶段，各级国库紧密配合财税、金融体制改革，探索和创新国库资金有效监督方式。加强国库资金运行监测分析，充分发挥国债在金融机构流动性管理中的作用。

    苏宁强调，下一阶段，国库业务发展的总体目标是：管理科学、安全高效、监管有力、服务国家、受益于民，建设与社会主义市场经济相适应的现代化、科学化新型国库。
