深交所今日将网上增发4.6亿元"08昆建债"

    深圳证券交易所今日起将网上增发2008年昆明市城建投资开发有限责任公司公司债券4.6亿元。

    据了解，"08昆建债"原定在深交所网上发售1亿元份额，4月2日首售后投资者反应踊跃，为此，有关方面决定由网下向网上回拨4.6亿元份额供投资者申购。

    深交所交易系统将从今日上午9时15分起开始接受认购委托，认购价格为每张100元，投资者应以1000元面值即10张为一个认购单位，认购数量必须是10张的整数倍且不少于10张。

    "08昆建债"为5年期固定利率债券，在存续期内前3年票面年利率为6.12％，在存续期的第三年末，发行人可选择上调票面利率0至100个基点，债券票面年利率为债券存续期前3年票面年利率6.12％加上上调基点。
