赤天化拟发行4.5亿元可转债 每张价值100元

    赤天化今日发布公告称，自4月10日至2012年10月10日，公司将发行一种向公司股东优先配售的"可转换公司债券"（以下简称"可转债"），4月10日即转换为公司A股股份。

    公告显示，此次发行的可转债规模为4.5亿元，每张价值100元，共45万手。可转债的债券期限为5年，债券票面利率第一年为1.5%、第二年为1.8%、第三年为2.1%、第四年为2.4%、第五年为2.7%。
