本周到期资金数量创新高 高达3600亿元

    统计显示，本周公开市场到期资金数量高达3600亿元，为今年1月底以来公开市场最大单周到期数量，其中正回购2050亿元，央票1550亿元。由于长假原因，上周四发行的650亿元央票顺延到本周一缴款。央行昨日还发布公告称，今日将发行总额不超过450亿元的1年期央票，该发行量较上周进一步减少。

    由于本月初进行的28或27天期正回购月内到期，因此本月公开市场到期资金也上升至10530亿元，为近3个月以来的最大值。本月通过正回购操作和央票发行已经回笼1830亿元，如果未来回购操作量和央票发行量不能有效放大的话，实现一定的回笼力度势必要借助其他手段。

    上月末，财政部进行了国债买回招标，受诸多因素影响未得到投资者的积极响应，最终只买回两期国债，约50亿元，另外两期流标。上述资金将于本月初释放到市场。
