大连港今起发30亿元企债 票面年利率为5.35%

    大连港集团有限公司从今日开始将发行30亿元“08大连港债”，期限10年。

    本期债券为固定利率债券，票面年利率为5.35%，为基准利率加上0.65%的基本利差确定。本期债券由建行大连市分行提供全额无条件不可撤销连带责任保证担保。经中诚信国际信用评级有限责任公司综合评定，本期债券的信用级别为AAA级，发行人长期主体信用级别为AA级。
