国机集团再次成功发行短期融资券

    4月1日，经中国人民银行批准，国机集团继2006年发行总额14亿元人民币短期融资券之后，再次在银行间债券市场成功发行了为期一年的12亿元短期融资券。

    这次发行短期融资券募集到的资金主要用于支持国机集团科技产品产业化发展项目和经营规范、风险控制意识较强的子公司的"走出去"工程承包项目等。对子公司贷款利率在银行贷款基准利率的基础上下调20％，极大地支持和促进子公司的经营发展。

    在当前国家实行从紧货币政策造成企业融资困难的情况下，短期融资券的成功发行对国机集团及子公司意义尤显重大，它突破了国家货币宏观调控的限制，为公司发展获得了宝贵的资金；解决了国机集团担保额度的瓶颈问题，开辟了不占用担保资源为子公司直接融资的渠道；并且规避了银行加息风险，大幅降低了资金成本。
