进出口行公布第二期金融债意向性票面利率

    中国进出口银行昨日公布，4月10日发行的第二期金融债券的意向性票面利率在4.08%左右，但最终票面利率按照发行当日发行招标书中公布的利率执行。

    本期债券为1年期固定利率附息金融债券，发行通过数量招标方式，发行总额通过中国进出口银行2008年全国银行间债券市场金融债券承销团竞标确定，但不超过120亿元。投标量小于或等于120亿元，则全部中标；如投标量超过120亿元，则按照投标量为权重分配中标数量。4月24日缴款并起息。
