柳工8亿元可转债发行今日启动 纯债价值约为80元

    柳工今日刊登了募集说明书摘要，可转债发行工作正式启动。

    本次柳工拟发行8亿元六年期可转债公司债券，发行价格100元/张，票面利率分别为1.0%，1.2%，1.6%，2.0%，2.4%，2.8%，每年付息一次，到期赎回价格为110元/张。本次发行的可转换债券将于近期在深圳证券交易所上市，债券持有人可以在6个月后选择转换为柳工普通股，转股价格为26.87元/股。粗略估算，柳工转债的纯债券价值约80元，考虑到期权价值，柳工转债的整体理论价格约125元。

    根据募集说明书披露，柳工本次募集资金将主要用于技术改造，收购大股东柳工集团所持的附件公司股权及福利厂产权，并将进一步拓展海外营销网络。
