中国交通建设公司拟发50亿元中期票据

    4月15日，中国交通建设股份有限公司发布公告表示，公司将发行2008年中期票据。中国交通建设股份有限公司2008年中期票据注册发行总额为人民币伍拾亿元整，公司计划分为两期发行。其中，第一期发行25亿元，期限3年，按面值发行，发行日为2008年4月22日。第二期发行总额25亿元，期限3年，预计在2季度发行。
