中国五矿集团公司发行首单中期票据

    4月15日，中国五矿集团公司发布公告表示，公司将于2008年4月22日发行2008年第一期中期票据。本期发行金额面值共计15亿元人民币中期票据，期限为3年。经中诚信国际信用评级有限公司给予发行人的本期中期票据信用级别为AAA，企业主体信用评级为AAA。中国光大银行为此次发行的主承销商。中期票据是指具有法人资格的非金融企业在银行间债券市场按照计划分期发行的，约定在一定期限还本付息的债务融资工具。
