康美药业发行9亿元可转债获批 债券期限为6年

    康美药业今日公告，公司关于发行分离交易可转换债券申请于2008年4月16日获得中国证监会发行审核委员会有条件审核通过。

    根据公司此前公告的预案，此次拟放行的分离交易可转债不超过人民币90000万元，即不超过900万张债券，每张债券面值人民币100元，债券期限为6年。公司表示，此次募集资金中，37900万元将用于偿还银行贷款，40000万元用于偿还短期融资券，剩余部分约12100万元用于补充流动资金。
