税收优势明显 5年期记账国债招标利率将低于市场

    一季度宏观数据显示经济放缓，宏观环境向更利于债市的方向发展。而再次上调准备金率对市场资金面影响较小，我们并不太担忧债券市场的资金面，这也成为支持今天招标发行的5年期记账国债招标利率低于二级市场水平的一个因素。

    5年期国债税收优势明显。从目前收益率水平看，二级市场5年国债收益率为3.75%，5年金融债为4.71%，考虑25%的税收影响，5年国债收益率仍高于金融债达到23bp。另外，从供给上看，随着中期票据的推出，今年信用市场品种供给较快。但相比之下，今年国债的供给明显不足，因而从需求上看，作为信用等级最高的国债将继续受到市场的追捧。

    预计本期5年期国债的中标利率约在3.67%-3.72%。目前5年期国债收益率为3.75%，考虑到我们对近期国债市场将保持继续反弹的判断，我们预计本期国债的招标利率将低于二级市场水平。再考虑延迟缴款和手续费返还将影响收益率约3bp，我们预计本期5年期国债的中标利率约在3.67%-3.72%之间。如果最终的招标利率低于二级市场水平，那么将推动市场继续反弹。实际上，今年以来，由于机构的看好，机构更倾向在一级市场积极投标，低于二级市场的招标利率又带动二级市场收益率继续下降。
