280亿5年期国债发行 招标利率3.69%

    财政部下周将发行280亿元5年期记账式国债，票面年利率为3.69%。

    公告显示，共有400.5亿元资金参与了280亿元招标总量的追逐，故认购倍数为1.43倍，较4月中旬发行的3年期国债1.70倍的认购倍数有所下降。该期国债4月21日开始计息，4月28日起上市交易。国债全部进行竞争性招标，不进行甲类成员追加投标。

    据记者了解，股市低迷，机构对低风险收益的国债配置需求依然旺盛，导致新债利率低企。不过，因央行日前宣布年内第三次上调存款准备金率0.5个百分点，下周将执行，所以市场间投资者对新债认购热情有所受限，因此认购倍数较前期下降。
