一季度债市发行交易两旺 银行间债市成交大幅增加

    今年一季度，银行间债券市场的现券成交量大幅增加，同比增长了195.70%，达到76341.2亿元。3月份当月的成交量则占据近半数，达到33889.7亿元，增幅也达85.42%。

    昨日，央行公布了《2008年3月金融市场运行情况》。统计数据显示，在现券成交放量的同时，一季度银行间债券指数和交易所债券指数也都呈上升趋势。

    一级市场，一季度债券发行量较去年同期同样有大幅增加，累计发行债券4690.18亿元，同比增长51.71%，主要表现为政策性银行金融债券和短期融资券发行量的增加，期限上则以中期债券为主。其中：发行国债849.1亿元，政策性金融债券2677.6亿元，短期融资券1115.9亿元。截至3月底，债券市场托管量达13.2万亿元，其中银行间债券市场托管量为12.92万亿元，占债券市场托管量的97.6%。
