中联重科21日发行11亿元首只无担保公司债

    路透上海4月18日电中国长沙中联重工科技发展股份有限公司000157。SZ周五公告称，下周一起采用网上网下结合方式，发行至多11亿元人民币公司债，期限八年。这是沪深两市首只无担保的公司债。

    该债券票面年利率询价区间为6-6.5%，网上发行期为下周一至周三。发行完成后，公司债券将尽快在深圳证交所上市。

    本期债券的长期主体信用评级为AA级。公告强调，本期债券不设担保，按期足额兑付完全取决于发行人的信用。

    募集资金中，将以4.6亿元继续支付收购建设长沙建设机械研究院、湖南浦沅集团等资产的价款，剩余的逾6亿元资金补充流动资金及偿还银行贷款。

    中联重科(000157)自4月8日起停牌，上日收在42.18元。
