08年记账式五期国债280亿元5年期国债21日发行

    财政部消息，2008年记账式(五期)国债21日起发行。本期国债计划发行280亿元，通过全国银行间债券市场和证券交易所市场面向社会各类投资者发行。

    本期国债期限5年，经投标确定的票面年利率为3.69%，4月21日开始发行并计息，4月24日发行结束，4月28日起在各交易场所以现券买卖和回购的方式上市交易。本期国债为固定利率附息债，利息按年支付，利息支付日为每年4月21日，2013年4月21日偿还本金并支付最后一年利息。
