国债协会将研究重开国债期货期货交易问题

    中国国债协会常务副会长张秉国昨日表示，国债协会要重点研究我国重开国债期货交易问题，为国债期货的重新推出提供政策性建议。

    在中国国债协会第三次会员大会上，财政部副部长丁学东指出，面对国内、国际复杂变化的经济金融形势，财政部将进一步增强做好财政金融工作的紧迫感和责任感，支持金融体制改革；推进各类金融市场发展，促进多种所有制和多种经营形式、结构合理、功能完善、高效安全的现代金融体系建设；加强和改进金融监管，防范和化解金融风险，维护我国金融业持续、健康、安全地发展。

    张秉国提出，国债协会将进一步加强组织建设，结合农村金融机构的改革和外资金融机构的进入，加大力度发展这部分机构加入国债协会。另外，国债协会将在今后的对外交流过程中，加大向国际社会介绍中国国债市场和协会会员的力度。

    截至今年3月底，协会共有机构会员209家。其中，商业银行91家(含外资银行5家)，证券公司67家，保险公司11家，基金管理公司16家，农村信用合作社5家，信托投资公司11家，其他机构8家。
