资金保持充裕现券23日走势平稳

    22日银行间市场资金面仍较为充裕，1个月以内各期限的回购利率继续呈现不同幅度的下跌态势，但是跌势较前期进一步放缓。其中7天回购利率下降4bp达到2.79%；14天回购利率的跌幅为12个bp，达到3.17%；21天回购利率进一步下降至2.98%，较前一交易日下跌5bp。本周五将正式上缴存款准备金，并且本周陆续有小盘股发行，但是预计不会对当前宽松的资金面造成太大的影响。

    公开市场操作方面，央行昨日发行了740亿元1年期央票，发行量比上周略有增加，发行利率则继续持平于4.0583%。

    银行间市场方面，债券交投略显清淡，收益率整体变动幅度不大。国债方面，昨日成交不甚活跃，收益率则基本保持平稳。其中2年期07国债11成交在3.57%。政策性银行债方面，短期品种需求较为旺盛，成交相对活跃。其中1.2年期的04国开11成交在4.16%，1.8年期08国开01成交在4.38%，1.8年期1年定存浮息债08农发04成交有效利差在10bp，4.2年期1年定存浮息债07农发09成交有效利差为50bp。短融方面，新上市的08杭城建CP01最低成交在4.80%左右，08美的CP01最低成交在5.48%左右。
