夏斌:今年企业债券市场或成倍增长

    国务院发展研究中心金融研究所所长夏斌在前日的第四届中国金融(专家)年会上表示，以后债券发行审批不需要行政机关审批，08年中国企业债券市场可能成倍增长。

    夏斌认为，在从紧政策下，中小企业搞不到贷款就可考虑发债。不过，他担心企业不太清楚该怎么样防止风险。夏斌称，中国的债券市场管理体制该如何改善，政府监管部门应该思考这个问题，有关部门也应该抓紧研究。

    唐旭：提高不良资产冲销力度

    中国金融学会秘书长、中国人民银行反洗钱局局长唐旭前日在第四届中国金融(专家)年会上表示，中国必须加快提高对金融机构不良资产的冲销力度，以防止将来可能出现的金融困难。

    唐旭称，目前，中国经济处于一个上升周期，如果在上升周期不加快改革外汇储备制度和不良资产冲销，一旦中国经济减速，金融市场就有可能付出很大代价。他还表示，要加快存款保险制度建立，减少金融系统风险和社会风险。
