    根据中国人民银行关于全国银行间债券市场债券上市的有关规定，现将财政部2008年记账式(五期)国债交易流通日期及债券代码等要素公布如下：

    重要提示：本期国债为跨市场交易债券，通过全国银行间债券市场、证券交易所市场发行。债券交易流通终止日如遇国家调整法定节假日安排，则另行公告。
