进出口行将发1170亿元中长期债券

    28日，中国进出口银行发布了2008年度金融债券发行说明书。说明书显示，全年中长期债券发行计划为1170亿元;短期债券发行计划为600亿元。每期债券发行的相关信息由中国进出口银行在当期债券发行说明中具体规定。

    截至2007年12月31日，中国进出口银行累计发行人民币金融债券5209亿元(其中在银行间市场发行人民币债券5189亿元，在香港发行人民币债券20亿元)，余额为2225亿元人民币，累计兑付债券到期本金2984亿元人民币，兑付债券利息305.57亿元人民币，未发生债务逾期及利息未兑付的情况。

    目前中国进出口银行拥有三家国际权威评级机构的评级。其中，美国穆迪投资者服务公司在2007年7月将我行的评级由A2调升为A1，评级展望为稳定；美国标准普尔公司在2007年7月将我行的评级展望由稳定调升为正面，评级为A；惠誉评级公司在2007年11月将对我行的评级由A调升为A＋，展望为稳定。上述三大权威评级机构对中国进出口银行的评级均与中国主权评级一致。
