光大银行10年期次债利率5.85%

    中国光大银行股份有限公司2008年第一期次级债券已于2008年4月25日在全国银行间债券市场成功发行，发行人光大银行昨日正式公布了当期次级债的发行结果。

    本次发行次级债券认购倍数达到1.53倍，在较低的簿记利率区间内实现了超额认购。发行最终确定的10年期固定利率债券规模为35亿元，前五年票面利率为5.85%，在第5年末附发行人赎回权；10年期浮动利率债券的发行规模为25亿元，前五年票面利率为R+1.66%,在第5年末附发行人赎回权，基准利率为人民银行公布的一年期整存整取定期存款利率。据光大银行有关负责人介绍，本次发行所募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准用于充实银行附属资本，提高资本充足率，以增强银行的营运实力，提高抗风险能力，支持业务持续稳健发展。
