金发科技、宁沪高速两公司公司债将于8月12日在上海证券交易所竞价系统和固定收益证券综合电子平台上市交易。     金发科技公司债证券简称为“08金发债”，证券代码为“122011”。本期债券发行总额10亿元，期限为5年，票面利率8.2%。     宁沪高速公司债证券简称为“08宁沪债”，证券代码为“122010”，上市后可进行质押式回购，质押券申报和转回代码为“104010”。本期债券发行总额11亿元，期限为3年，票面利率5.4%。
