中国的亚洲邻国可能加入到敦促人民币升值的行列

    CMC Markets的Ashraf Laidi说，美国财政部周二决定不把中国列为汇率操纵国，这并不出人意料，主要是因为与此相反的决定将与美国财政部长鲍尔森对中国采取的不直接对抗的外交策略相抵触。但是这个策略可能令华盛顿的一些议员感到不悦；许多议员迅速表示不赞成财政部的报告。

    中国的亚洲邻国可能也加入要求北京更快增强人民币弹性的行列，尤其是在明年美元如预期的那样加快走软步伐的情况。相较于地区货币的急剧上涨，如果人民币缓慢升值，意味著中国那些邻国的出口竞争力减弱；纽约银行的策略师Michael Woolfolk称，这种情况持续的时间越长，除中国以外的亚洲国家和美国一道敦促人民币币值重估的可能性就越大"。 (理财)
