英镑兑美元突破2.0 为1992年9月以来首次

    英镑17日欧洲汇市盘中突破2美元关口为1992年9月迄今首次，归因于英国3月消费者物价指数意外增幅，英央行5月加息预期因此增强。

    综合外电4月17日报道，英镑17日欧洲汇市盘中突破2美元关口，为1992年9月脱离欧洲汇率机制迄今首次。

    英国3月消费者物价指数年比大幅上升3.1%，令市场颇感意外。

    英央行货币政策委员会5月10日会议决定加息25个基点至5.5%的可能性因此进一步增强。

    北京时间17:08，英镑继受通胀数据影响而升至2.0003美元高点之后，现报1.9984美元。
