IMF官员:中国需进一步提高利率并加快人民币升值

    [提要]IMF官员称对中国07年GDP增长10%的预期略有偏低，IMF将重新审视该预估值及中国第一季GDP年增11.1%的影响因素。同时指出，中国需要进一步加息以控制投资与信贷的过快增长，允许加速人民币升值将会给货币政策适时操作留有更多空间。

    国际货币基金组织(IMF)研究部门副主管柯林斯称，继中国第一季强劲经济增长数据发布后，IMF近期对中国07年GDP的增长预期略有偏低。

    4月初期，IMF预计中国07年GDP增长10%，低于06年的10.7%增幅。在IMF发布世界经济展望报告(WEO)的约一周时间之后，中国政府宣布第一季GDP年比增长11.1%。柯林斯指出，目前10%的预估值已略低。IMF需要再次审视该预期及第一季度数据的影响。IMF每年发布两次世界经济展望报告，对其预测值予以更新和修正。下次报告定于9月份左右公布。     

    柯林斯表示，中国需要进一步加息以控制投资与信贷的过快增长，需要更多地依赖货币政策来实现经济均衡发展，并保持近几年的高增长速度。而允许加速人民币升值将会给货币政策适时操作留有更多空间。

    中国人民银行2007年迄今已三次上调存款准备金率，是应对流动性过剩局面采取的相关举措，旨在控制由此造成的信贷扩张与投资反弹。

    国家发展和改革委员会规划司24日公布了一份报告，提出“十一五”我国金融改革的总体目标，其中包括加快推进利率市场化改革；形成更富弹性的汇率形成机制等。(和讯网)
