美联储可能于第四季下调利率

    德意志银行经济学家Joseph LaVorgna及Carl Riccadonna称，美联储可能于第四季下调利率至5%，因美失业率迟迟未上扬。 

    德意志银行经济学家Joseph LaVorgna及Carl Riccadonna发表研究报告指出，美联储第四季会降低基准利率0.25个百分点至5%。

    该行先前预期美联储第三季会开始降息，年底前利率会降至4.75%。两位经济师指出，调整看法是因为失业率迟迟未上扬。
