人民币汇率中间价创今年第六十七个新高

    周四，人民币汇率中间价再次创下新高，突破七点四六关口，至七点四五五二。这是进入今年以来，人民币汇率中间价创下的第六十七个新高。

    在过去十一个交易日里，人民币汇率中间价除十月三十日当天略有回调外，其余十天均创下历史新高。自汇率改革以来，人民币积累升值已超过百分之八点五。

    美联储此前宣布降息二十五个基点，人民币与美元之间利差持续加大。分析人士认为，美联储连续几个月的降息加大了人民币升值压力。商务部预测中国贸易顺差将达两千五百亿美元，这也刺激了近期人民币的走势。

    在人民币汇率持续升值的同时，中国亦持续推进QDII发展。国家外汇管理局周四引用副局长李东荣在“二00七年中国合格境内机构投资者研讨会”上的讲话称，截至今年九月末，QDII总额度已经达到四百二十一点七亿美元。李东荣表示，QDII制度正在并将继续发挥对外证券投资的重要作用，成为境内居民投资多元化和分散风险的有效渠道，对于引导境内资金有序流出，提升境内合格机构投资者参与国际资本市场竞争的能力，促进国际收支平衡都具有积极意义。
