德意志银行对欧洲央行可能升息提出警告

    德意志银行执行委员会主席费岑27日对欧洲中央银行可能的升息行为提出警告。

    费岑说，欧洲央行如果上调欧元区的基准利率，将会造成“整个欧元区利率水平的持续上升”，这一行为对欧洲经济的影响可能要大于次级抵押贷款危机所造成的不利影响。

    他还表示，目

    前欧洲经济处于一个通货膨胀抬头，同时实际经济增长疲软的全球大环境中，欧元又处于不断升值的压力之下。因此，他希望欧洲央行暂时保持基准利率4%的水平不变。

    由于近期欧元区通货膨胀率不断上升，已经超过了央行的价格稳定上限2%，德国当天发布的11月消费者物价指数上涨率甚至达到了3%。因此，市场分析人士猜测，在近期金融市场日趋稳定的情况下，欧洲央行可能会为了控制通胀上调基准利率。
