国家信息中心报告:适度加大人民币汇率波动的弹性

    国家信息中心的最新报告建议，应适度加大人民币汇率波动的弹性。

    报告称，在以美元和欧元为主体的国际货币体系中，美元持续贬值和欧元大幅度升值成为当前的突出问题。为了应对国际货币体系的这一变化，并有利于国内的宏观经济调控。从短期看，要进一步完善人民币汇率形成机制，适度加快人民币实际有效汇率升值步伐，从根本上抑制流动性的过快增长。

    报告称，适度加快人民币升值步伐，对当前经济运行可以起到多重作用。一是有利于与利率政策配合，提高利率政策的自由度，执行适度从紧的货币政策；二是有利于降低进口初级产品价格，抑制通胀；三是有利于缓解对外贸易顺差的继续扩大，缓解内外不平衡的压力。从长期看，需要加快东亚地区货币合作步伐，构成新的货币圈。
